The SA Housing Trust is delivering a program of public housing upgrades across Adelaide, South Australia to improve safety, amenity and long-term management of public housing.
Renovations may include internal and external upgrades to existing homes, improvements to shared spaces and security, and changes to site layouts.
The Trust is the state’s largest landlord, and these projects are part of our ongoing commitment to meet the needs of our tenants and the wider community.
In 2025, a total of 3,500 tenanted homes received upgrades to amenities, and further improvements are planned throughout 2026 and 2027.

Bentzen Court, Gilberton
A staged renovation of Bentzen Court is underway. This project includes early safety and site upgrades and ongoing maintenance, followed by full upgrades to contents including kitchens, bathrooms and laundries.
