The Trust’s Holbrooks Homelessness Program is a finalist in the 2025 Public Sector Excellence Awards in the Connecting Communities – Team category.
This award celebrates individuals and teams whose work positively impacts communities across South Australia and highlights initiatives that show genuine community involvement, long term value and meaningful contribution.
The Holbrooks Homelessness Program provides short term, supported accommodation for people sleeping rough, offering up to 90 days of housing with on site and outreach support. Tailored tenancy and case management, along with access to health and skill building programs, help clients transition into longer term housing.
This year's Awards received more than 135 nominations from over 30 agencies.
The 2025 Public Sector Excellence Awards Ceremony will be held on 16 April 2026 at the Adelaide Convention Centre.
