Apartments to support older women in Adelaide's CBD
We are building 50 studio apartments in the city to support older women at risk of homelessness.
The six-storey development on Tucker Street in Adelaide CBD will accommodate older women and will have an on-site community wellbeing manager and support system. This is inclusive of five studio apartments accessible for people with mobility requirements and also built with 59 bike spaces for residents and visitors.
South Australian builder Mossop Group Pty Ltd will begin construction on the 50-apartment development this week, with the project to be completed in 2026.

Have your say on the Greater Adelaide Regional Plan
Have your say on the Greater Adelaide Regional Plan. The State Planning Commission (the Commission) has released the Greater Adelaide Regional Plan (the Plan) and want to hear from community, councils and industry on how we sustainably prepare for future growth.
The Plan set outs a long-term vision for Greater Adelaide, detailing where people will live and work, how they will move around and where they will access services. It provides data and recommendations for managing growth and adapting to changes in our community and urban environment.
