Another 65 public homes are nearing completion suburbs as part of the Playford Alive project.
The homes include a mix of modern two and four-bedroom homes, well-located near reserves, a shopping centre and school. A range of styles and layouts are available, with larger homes featuring a second bathroom and garage space.
Tenants have already moved into most of the homes, with the remaining properties to be occupied as soon as construction finishes.
Playford Alive is one of Australia's largest urban renewal projects, delivering hundreds of newly-built public homes, and upgrading hundreds more existing properties.
